Sunshine Villa B&B overlooks Gunboat Bay in beautiful Pender Harbour, British Columbia. Pender Harbour is a stunning area of natural beauty with multiple lakes and the ocean to enjoy. We love to welcome guests from all over the world. And, having travelled extensively ourselves, we strive to provide the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that we relish when we stay at other B&B's.
We have a fenced, 9-acre property with a wraparound porch, vineyard, balcony, and large, sunny terrace-style patio. Our newly built spiral staircase provides you with the easy access to move from rooms to the deck, patio, and hot tub. All rooms have access to the upper deck and spiral staircase. Our hot tub deck has an outstanding view of the Bay. We also have an open lily pond stocked with koi besides the spiral staircase.
We are also pet friendly and enjoy welcoming your furry friend. Since we are a pet friendly B&B, please do not reserve if you are not comfortable with well-behaved dogs or cats on the property.

Our villa is ideally located on the Sunshine Coast Highway between Powell River and Gibsons and best suits the travel needs of those wishing to explore Pender Harbour and the Sunshine Coast. Sechelt is only half an hour away by drive, and we can arrange transport to our property for guests arriving by seaplane in Sechelt.
At Sunshine Villa B&B, we have various spectacular hiking trails within minutes from our property and private woods on site to be explored too. You can see our local herd of elk that often visit our lower field to graze. The nearest airport is Harbour Air Seaplanes in Sechelt, which has floatplane services from Vancouver and Vancouver Island. It is only 22.9 km away from Sunshine Villa B&B.
Our villa is located just a few minutes north of Madeira Park village with its cafes and shops. We have the beautiful Garden Bay that is just 5 minutes to the north of us. We are on the direct highway route between the ferry terminal at Earl’s Cove (just a 25-minute drive from our villa), which directs you to Saltery Bay and Powell River and the ferry terminal at Langdale (Gibsons) (one-hour drive from the villa), which takes you to Horseshoe Bay and Vancouver.
