The Villa is set on 9 fenced acres with a koi pond and sun terrace. A generous Continental buffet breakfast is available every morning. There is lots of space in the main guest living room and upper guest lounge for reading and relaxing. We are pet friendly!.

Our four affordable and comfortable bedrooms can be booked individually:
Elk Room: This room has a King Size bed, a private ensuite bathroom and a covered ocean view outside deck with seating.
Bear Room: Queen Sized Room with a shared bathroom with shower/tub and an ocean view.
Wolf Room: This room has a Queen Size bed, a forest view and a shared shower/tub bathroom.
Raccoon Room: Our Twin Room with two Twin Sized beds, a shared bathroom and a desk with a forest view.
The Bear, Wolf, and Raccoon rooms share a bathroom and a powder room.
There is a fridge for guest use in the upstairs lounge.
We are an Adult Only B&B and there is no smoking allowed on the property. We are pet friendly !
GREAT FACILITIES AT SUNSHINE VILLA B&B
All our rooms have comfortable beds, free toiletries, bathrobes, and a hairdryer for your convenience. We want you to enjoy our various facilities, including BBQ, hot tub, terrace, seating areas, living room, woodland, vineyard, grassy area, and more. When you choose us, you will enjoy an open air or covered hot tub that is open for 24 hours a day.
At our villa, unlike other B&Bs, you get access to the whole villa. When you check in with us, we first escort you to your room and let you freshen up. You can then come down to the living room for breakfast and to mingle with our other guests. You have access to the seating areas, living room, hot tub, and to the entire 9 acres of our property.
We have our patio covered with seating beside the koi pond for your exciting experience. We also serve a buffet-style, continental breakfast that is included in your room fee. At our villa, our guests will have an extensive range of facilities to have them occupied, including:

Check-in
As guests, you are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We welcome guests of all cultures and interests. Our check-in timing is from 3:00 PM to 8:00PM.
Checkout
You can check out any time before 11:00 AM.
Cancellation/Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and beds
Children are not allowed. We do not have capacity for extra beds and cots at our property.

The Fine Print
Please note that a CAD $10 pet fee per night applies for guests travelling with pets (dogs and cats).
Also, inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests option while booking or contact our property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Places to Eat
The locals in Pender Harbour work really hard in tourist season, but some places are closed in winter or have shorter hours. Hence, it is always a better idea to check if the place you’re planning to eat at is open in the off seasons. And during the summer, we would recommend not to wait until the last minute to go out to eat. Below are the times local restaurants usually close (subject to change - please confirm in advance):
Mama’s Japanese takes orders until 7:30 PM.
Grasshopper Pub takes orders until 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM.
The Mexican place at the entrance of the village is open until 9:00 PM; they are a new, friendly, and family-run business providing good food.
Harbour Pizza closes at 8:00 PM
